Terms of Service

1. Use of the Site

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase events. Combat sports contain graphic violence. Viewer discretion is advised.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and magic link access.
• You may not share, distribute, re-stream, screen-capture, or otherwise reproduce any live stream, HLS URL, or protected content.
• Any unauthorized use (including sharing signed URLs) will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

2. Pay-Per-View Events

• All events are pay-per-view and priced in USD.
• Purchases are final except in cases of event cancellation or major technical failure (e.g., venue internet outage), in which case we will issue a full refund automatically.
• Refunds for any other reason (including “I watched it and didn’t like it”) are not guaranteed and are granted only at our sole discretion.
• We use playback logs and IP data to detect fraud, including fraudulent refund claims.

3. Account & Magic Link Login

• Accounts are created via email magic links powered by Supabase Auth.
• We do not use passwords or third-party logins (Google, Apple, etc.).
• You will receive transactional emails for login, purchase confirmation, and support.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not attempt to bypass stream protection (e.g., signed CloudFront URLs).
• Do not share your access with others or enable unauthorized viewing.
• Do not file fraudulent chargebacks. We will contest them and may ban your account and IP.

5. Intellectual Property

All video streams, branding, and content are owned by Fight Club Live TV LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized distribution violates copyright law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion, without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and streams are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming. Internet connectivity issues at venues are beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fight Club Live TV LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the event in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute must be resolved in state or federal courts in Delaware. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
