B. Payment Information

• We use Stripe for payment processing.
• We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe provides a token; we may store the last 4 digits and card type for support.

C. Technical & Usage Data

• IP address – logged for security, fraud prevention, and stream protection.
• Playback logs – start/stop times, device info, to prevent abuse and support chargeback disputes.
• Cookies – used to authenticate server-side requests and generate secure, signed CloudFront streaming URLs. Session-based; no persistent tracking.

D. Analytics

• We use Plausible Analytics – a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool that does not track individuals.
• No Google Analytics, no cross-site tracking.

• Deliver purchased streams securely
• Send login magic links and purchase receipts
• Prevent piracy and fraud (e.g., shared URLs, chargebacks)
• Improve site performance and troubleshoot
• Respond to support inquiries

3. Data Sharing

• Stripe – for payment processing
• Supabase – for authentication and database
• Cloudflare, AWS (CloudFront, WAF) – for CDN, security, and streaming

• Purchase records: 7 years (tax and audit compliance)
• Login & playback logs: 90 days (fraud detection)
